So, where to begin? Well, we’re intrigued by the iPad Pro rivalling 13-inch Lenovo Yoga Tab. There aren’t many tablets out there with a display as big as the Apple giant’s, so there’s a fair chance this might tempt people keen to stick to Android. The device looks to be fairly powerful with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, 8GB of memory, a 60Hz refresh rate, and four JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos support. According to Lenovo, it can stream video for up to 12 hours on a single charge so this should be rather nice for watching your favorites while on the move, especially with those speakers. It can also be used as a portable secondary display for your laptop (opens in new tab) or PC thanks to the included micro-HDMI to USB cable, plus a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adaptor is bundled in too. There’s also support for the Lenovo Precision Pen 2.2 and it’ll pick up Google Assistant commands. Weirdly, it also has a built-in stainless steel kickstand that doubles up as a hanger too, because, well, you never know. The Yoga Tab 13 will start at $680 and is available from July. Alternatively, there’s the Yoga Tab 11 which is a little smaller (you guessed it, an 11-inch screen) but still retains a kickstand/hanger combo and four speakers. It’s a little less powerful sporting a different processor (a MediaTek Helio one) but that means it’ll last up to 15 hours with video playback and starts at only $320. You’ll have to wait until August for it though. Cheaper still is the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus which also has an 11-inch screen and four speakers with Dolby Atmos support. Again, it’s a bit slower still but it only costs $260. There’s still up to 12 hours of video playback and the usual things you’d expect like front-facing and rear cameras, along with a USB-C port. While it’s clear iPad is dominating the tablet market for now with Samsung close behind, it looks like Lenovo may be keen to make waves in the market and give us a few more options when seeking out a new tablet. If you’re seriously considering it, keep your eyes out over the next couple of months for the release.
