David Neal was a business transporter until he harmed his back and started getting inability checks. He utilized methamphetamine before his stepdaughter. After David got set free from jail in 2010, Kim got a controlling request against him and moved in with her sister taking her family.

The execution date was set on November 17, 2021, by the Mississippi Supreme Court. He got a deadly infusion, and a coroner articulated him dead at 6:12 p.m., reports The Birmingham News.
