The uplifting news came on Monday, after authorities in Tewksbury, Mass., protected one-year-old canine Louie, who had been absent for two days, from an island of mud.

The salvage started off because of a the occupant Boston Terrier on a little island, caught in the mud, and cautioned authorities.

Agents from Tewksbury Fire and the nearby animal control branch answered the concerned assemble and attempted to save the doggy from the mud.
